He has trained with Ayurvedic Amarit yoga center, The Optimum Health Institute, Julia Ross, author of "Mood Cure" and "Diet Cure", for amino acid nutrient and therapy and Judith Lasater, author of "Relax and Renew" for restorative yoga.
